The rate for the entire house (the upstairs and downstairs) is $5,000 per month (28 days) or $1,500 per week.

If your party is small (five or less) the upstairs may be all you require, the rate is $4,000 per month or $1,250 per week.

Holiday weeks may be a bit extra.

I hold a $500 security deposit, which is refundable, and a $125 cleaning fee.

An additional cleaning fee may apply if you're bringing pets.

State and local tax apply (11.5%).
